My daughter is currently on team at her gym, but what level would she be at your’s?
Vault: Half on with tramp board (she does it 50% of the time but sometimes she chicken’s out) front handspring with tramp board. She doesn’t have anything on the table with a beat board yet.
Bars: Kip (Can do it most of the time, around 75% of the time) Long hang Kip(inconsistent) Double back hip circle, front hip circle, level 4 high bar dismount, soul circles on straps and clear hip with straps.
Beam: Handstand (almost vertical), Cartwheel (inconsistent) Backwalkover on low beam with panel mats, Split jump, full turn (inconsistent), side handstand dismount to 3/4, roundoff dismount.
Floor: Roundoff Back handspring (inconsistent), Front hand spring, Back extension roll (bad form), Back handspring, Left leg splits.
