Women Xcel gold casts

In xcel gold, do all my casts have to be above horizontal on bars or can just one. I have to bend my arms to cast high enough and would like to only do that once and then have small straight arm casts.

Only one cast needs to be horizontal but you will get up to 0.3 tenths off for the bent arms so I would really continue to work on that. It will also really hinder your progress on bars. Our athletes do shoulder shrugs in front support and shoulder shrugs to immediate 3-5 casts as part of their bar conditioning.
