just do it! lol.. that's exactly what i have to tell myself when i'm scared to do my fwo on a higher beam.. and make sure your body is staight when you are coming out of your fwo and you don't twist your shoulders because that will make you go crooked.. good luck!
 
Head back, head back, head back!!! :) Look at your hands the whole time. I think it helps to look at the end of the beam behind me while I'm getting up. (Not the end of the beam in front of you! That would mean pulling your head through! :p)
