Okay, so I was a competitive gymnast from the age from 5 -11 and then I quit, when I was 13 I started taking a once a week, hour and 10 minute long advanced class, but I want to get back onto competitive, I did train with the comp girls this summer, but I want to do it all the time. I can still do the basics, like cartweel and handstand on the highbeam, backwalkover and front walkover, kip, pullover and roundoff double backhand-spring. What can I do to impress the coach and try and get back in and what can I do at home to practice. I just tured 15. Thanks

Make sure your strength and flexibility is up to par and ask if you can test whenever they determine moving kids into new levels or if you can show them what you have.
