NATIONALS level 9

What are some of the qualifications to make it to Nationals as a level 9?

With the understanding that you have made it to regionals

Is there a specific score you must make at Regionals.....or do they take a percentage of all the top scorers in AA......

I am so curious because no one seems to know, if this helps, I am in region 8, ans have searched the web continuously...Thanks for any replies.
