Prep -op silver bar question

Does anyone know if you can do tap swings/ flyaway in prep op silver.

I don't think you can do a flyaway until Gold. But I am in Region 8 & I don't know if the same rules apply.

If the rules are the same as in region 8, tap swings would be allowed, but not a flyaway. The requirement is "level 2-5 dismount".

Thanks ~` What my daughter was told ~ She can do a fly away, but not swinging.... I'm sorta confused and will talk to the coach at our next practice.

These are the difficulty restrictions !! I don't know enough about this stuff..LOL

C ~ elements = equal 3.0 deductions

D or E elements = VOID routine.

Counter tap swing may count for 1 "A"
more then one C/T swing = .3 each
extra swing

I don't know what these elements are...... Does anyone know was level ( a,b,c,d) a tap swing and fly away is?

Under silver bars it says.. ( ALSO any level 4-6 skills not listed in code )

You need to look at any restrictions. Region 8 used to say "no salto dismounts" If it says that, then no flyaway. If it doesn't specify that limitation and says level 6 dismounts are allowed, then they can do a fly away.

Thanks for everyone's reply, I appreciate your time. She is allowed to swing once into a flyaway... She is very happy
