Hello All!

DD (12) is extremely close to her squat on. she can easily do it with a spot and has very little fear of falling forward. However, when she gets her feet to the bar she points her right t foot and her left foot goes on top of the bar. Her legs are together, so she’s not stepping up. I don’t know why this is. Does anyone know any tips for this skill? She has enough power in her casts as well. Thanks!

We have had some issues with a girl who has tight calvex. She has short arms and also her hamstrings are a little tight. She struggles with a pike on because of this and the squat on because of ankle flexibility. She can get one foot on facing the front but tends to turn the other one out to get it on the bar.
