When is the registration for the 2015 Developmental Invite Camp(s)? How do the coaches find out when registration is open?

We moved before our daughter could complete her last compulsory season in the US. I'm curious what level her current routines in our new country are. For bars: jump to low bar, Kip cast hs, clear hip hs, toe shoot hs, sole circle catch high bar, Kip cast hs, giant, giant, layout flyaway...

Anyone have any experience with scoring differences? The routines are the same and the judges are same ones who are at USAG meets for whatever that is worth. DD's team is usag, but they participated in a state rec league meet. She did well, but just curious how that typically compares to USAG...
