So I stumbled into this position.... but I'm SO excited! As a junior in college, I'm going to be the head coach of the only high school team in the area! Just waiting for my contract to come in the mail.
This is after teach preschool/rec at the local Y all of last year, assistant coaching the team last season, and judging. Gymnastics is back in my life! *happy dance*
On that note, anybody have any tips for coaching HS gymnasts who are generally lacking in the form/body awareness department?
