In my bar routine i have to do a back hip circle and my coach says im
piking around the bar. How do i stop piking around the bar ?
Any Advice ???

Squeeze your butt! It will give you a straighter line.
You might be piking because you're not going fast enough. Casting higher will help this. Also, make sure you push down in your arms to keep them straight.

besides casting higher, you have to make sure your shoulders are above the bar in the peak of the cast and then pull behind the bar as you drop backwards into the circle.

many gymnasts have their shoulders too far in front of the bar as they drop back so they get no speed into the drop, piking the hips is one of the ways to salvage it.

push shoulders slightly behind the bar and pull yourself backwards FAST. Don't let your head go out of course.
