Parents Commonwealth Games Baton Relay

As some of you know my oldest dd has been selected to take part in the Baton relay when it come to our town next week! she is one of a few children selected to take part as a thanks for their work as a sports councillor.

I have found out today that Beth Tweddle is going to be at the Baton Relay

We are really looking forward to the next few days, starting Saturday with my oldest dd's first competition at her gym (she has only done away competitions so far ) and then the Baton Relay a few days later. I haven't told dd that she will get to see an Olympic Gymnastics Medalist yet, she is already excited as it is.
