Can anyone recommend a supplementary conditioning program for a 7 & 10 year old both training 6 hours a week in WAG team.

Currently they have conditioning set by the club, but after 3 months it hasn’t changed much and now boredom has started to creep in……

Swimming! My child was on swim team and I brought him in for a rec gymnastics class and they moved him to the level 3 team after his first day. Despite having never set foot in a gym, he was able to beat all the team kids in the conditioning and strength challenges. Swimming is a necessary life skill that really helps with gymnastics fitness.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
