Which conditioning exercises that specifically help bars that I can do at home? I need extreme help with bars, and I think some of it is strength and not a very good understanding of the positions I need.

No, but most of the conditioning we do requires equipment. Also this was just a random thought I had, not something I really planned for. :) I might ask them next time I have practice, but that isn't until Monday.

Pushups, wrist flicks, hollow holds, planks and press handstands all seem to come in handy on bars. Ask your coach monday.

They are literally what they sound ;) grab some light weights or a pole-just flick your wrists while holding on.
You take the 'pole' or chin up bar, etc. and take your wrists and flick. This especially helps in free hips, giants, kips, etc.
Not so much conditioning-but greatly helps bars. :);):p
