Just wanted to send my *GOOD LUCK* wishes today! I am pretty sure with all the BWO fairies the CBers sent your DD will be fine & if she doesn't get that skill at the meet today I am sure the other skills she does do will WOW the judges! It will come to her when she is ready to do it. I don't think it was fair that she was told to do a 110 BWO to compete it...that seems silly!

I agree about the # of bwo. That is just way too many! Their backs can't take that. Lower back pain is an issue at this level due to the number of bwo they do for this routine, why make it worse?

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
