Wondering if anyone has advice or drill suggestions for front handsprings on the floor for someone who dives into it too much and uses back flexibility instead of pop to stand up.
I have years of bad habit in front handsprings that I'm trying to correct.
I've been doing double hop handstands but it isn't translating well into my front handsprings.
