Handstand tips?

I can hold them for no longer than 5 seconds. I always front roll out of them unless I don't kick up high enough. I can't come down right. I always roll out of them or if I try to not push over too far, I won't get up there. And I need to hold them longer! Tips? Comments?
 
Handstand holds on the wall. When you get tired of that, do more handstand holds on the wall. And then some more.
Other than that, make sure your shoulders are pushed up to your ears and squeeze your whole body. There's not really any magic secret, other than practicing!
 
Practice lots of them. Focus on splitting the legs once you are ready to come down. Handstand, split, pull rear leg to lunge and down. Finish.
