sounds like your having some anxiety over your skills unfortunatly there is no magic answer to get you over your fears other than time. I would say something has happened that are making you have these fears that needs to be addressed.
First RELAX!! Breath in breath out!! now take a moment to reflect as to why you might be in this mindset. Just recognizing the problem could relieve some of your anxiety.

You need to try to figure out what your fear is.
I had the same problem as you.
My coach had me sit down and visualise my routines just as I want them to look like.
It really helped.
