I took on the L4 team at my gym in the middle of summer. They were quite a mess. I just wanted to brag and say that I brought the team from having 4 of 9 girls able to handspring vault without a spot, to my whole team vautling! Im so proud of them!

What successes have you had recently?

I had the tiniest girl of the group jumping to the high bar from a squat on all by herself. She would cry this summer when she had to just jump to the high bar! And she'll be ready to compete in december.
