Level 4 help!!!(USAG)

I was moved up to level four about 2 weeks ago...
I still need alot of work on...
Bars: EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
Floor: Backhandspring
Beam: Nothing
Vault: Nothing

Could anybody give me some tips and steps or everything!!!!

Bars, basic strength of pullups and dips and leg lifts and holding L-hang, straddle-L hang and candle (inverted on bar).

BHS: Hard to say without a video. Generally snapping down/thru on RO to have feet in front of knees and hips in BHS start position. Make sure you open your hips while jumping in BHS instead of just trying to turn into a back bend with a small jump. Strong HS and ability to do leg lifts and V-ups.

yes. go to the gym and practice and listen to your coaches. get back to us when all of your events say "nothing".;):)
