Level 5 Vault

Finally after struggling with vault for 1.5 years my DD's vault looked good last night, and that was even vaulting over a mat. Hopefully she keeps it next week when her coach removes the mat. I think the majority of the problem was that she was hurdling to the spring board too late. Her coach drew a line on the runway and it seems to have fixed the whole problem! She was so happy leaving practice last night. Vault has been such a nightmare. Just finally getting it changed her entire practice at every event. I can't wait until our next meet Dec. 3!
