Women Level 6 dismount beam

Quick question to you all awesome people out there

My dd does hurdle cartwheel back tuck. With no pause. I see some that does step, step, cartwheel back tuck. Any difference on scoring?

Gosh, I wouldn't think so...but what do I know. Mine did bwo bt. Hoping others chime in here....

I don't believe so. There are a variety of dismounts that are acceptable at L6. My dd is doing an aerial dismount (barani??), other girls at our gym do a front tuck dismount, some do a single back tuck dismount. I have heard you can even get away with a round off or FHS dismount in L6. As long as the hurdle, CW-BT is done well it shouldn't be exempt to any more deductions than any other dismount (like step, step CW, BT.)

Not for level 6. All they need is an "A" dismount. Doesn't have to be in a series.

There is no 'composition" scoring in L6. So, the cleanest routine which meets all the requirements should score the best.
Many coaches work to find a balance between scoring well and gaining experience doing more difficult skills/connections to prepare for the next level.
