Hi, I saw somewhere that a level 7 gymnast can do a kip cast 45° clear hip kip squat on long hang kip cast 45° clear hip long hang kip cast flyaway. Is this a 10 start value? Also what is so other level 7 bar routines without giants and cast that are 45°

You would get deductions for casts not hitting handstand, but instead of giants you can do a stalder, clear hip, or toe hand. One of them needs to be a "b" value so it must hit handstand I believe. If you are doing giants you need one of those skills, no giants you need two.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
