Women Level 8 beam

Are you able to compete an aerial on beam in level 8? Are you allowed to compete a back tuck on beam in level 8? just curious because i dont want to lose these skills over the year

According to the rules and policies, only "A" and "B" skills are allowed in level 8 plus some "C" dance skills on FX and BB and some "C" skills on bars. I will go out on a limb and guess that a back tuck on BB is a "C" skill. Looks like the aerial might be a "C" as well. So, therefore no to both at level 8. A coach is your best source for this answer.

Unfortunately, like MeetDirector said, neither can be competed at L8. Hopefully you will continue to train them so when you go 9, you will absolutely be able to compete them then.

Just keep working them kinda in the back ground. If your coach says you only have time enought to uptrain one thing, that's fine, just tell him your choice will be a third option......side aerial-back tuck series.
