Women Level 9 and 10 beam changes?

DD's foreign coach who doesn't speak much english was telling here the below changes were for level 9 and 10 beam, for this season. Are these really coming out for this season?

9 and 10:
Has to have 3 different flight skills
Cannot do a front layout or f.full or f.double anymore, you would have to do round off dismount, or bhs dismount
has to have the same amount of acro and dance skills

level 9:
has to have 2 flights for a series but one has to be w/o hands

I'm not sure about the changes to the code, but those sound like requirements the coaches are instituting in the hopes of scoring better. Especially that thing about not being able to do a front double full dismount...usually in the code it would say something like "Minimum C dismount", not specifying that the dismount must be backwards.

Is the elite path an option for your child or others at the gym? This sounds like the coach is inserting some basic FIG requirements to the routine.

im pretty positive those arent true. just requirements she might be making for the girls to have to meet in order to compete
