Hi everyone!

I coach a group of CR2 gymnasts (For those who aren't coming from Quebec, I'd say it's about between level 3 and 4 in the us depending of the apparatus). So they did really well this year in competitions so the objective for me is to have them competing cr3 next year, and for that they need to have all their skills by the end of the summer.

One of the skills that is causing problem is long hang pullover. Their tap swing have gotten much better, and I'm looking for drills so they can get on top of that high bar :)

I have 8 gymnasts, only 2 bar sets and a floor bar, and only 2 30 minutes periods a week of bars.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
