I was helping out at a meet my gym was hosting today and it consisted mainly of itty bitty level fours who i must say were adorable.But it also brought back some memories from way back then,I was always confused weather after the flat back do you sit up and salute,stand up and salute or get off the mats and salute...how i wish my problems were that easy now

Any ways what do you say,Sit up and salute,stand up and salute or get off the mats and salute?

get off the mats and salute - you never really see anything other than that around these parts!

Most girls around here sit up and salute.
Some get off the mats and salute.
Almost none (although a few) stand up on the mats and salute.

Typically they sit up and salute and get down quickly. We are encouraged not to have them get down and salute because it takes more time and since they have no idea what they are doing they will probably just run off 80% of the time anyway.
