Okay so the gym recently moved and one of the new additions to the gym was an air floor (I don't know what you call them in america but that's what we call them here). so my question to all of you what do you think the value of an air floor is? do you think it is beneficial to have this plus a tumble tramp?

They are a good tumbling tool to take the steps between the ruble track and the floor. The advantage of the air floor over the tumble track is the portability. You can drag it to the floor, put it up against the bar for bar drills, put it in front of the pit for extra spring. Put it cross ways on the floor and have them use it as a push off for handsprings or to punch on for front tucks. Quite diverse.

It is a Russian tumble track!!! :D Very bouncy, and very pricey!

I don't love air tracks, they bounce oddly. But then there are the thin air floors, I like those for added cushioning and portability.
