Women Question re: JO to Xcel level

If a gymnast has competed L6, would she be able to compete XD? or would she have to score out of XP first?

She would have to score out of Platinum first. She would only need a 31 AA, which should be no problem if she competed level 6.

If she has the skills for Xcel Diamond her coaches could just email the state director to petition her in to Diamond (or as mentioned, she could just do a meet at Platinum and score out).
