Region 3 level 8 leotard

The owner of our gym told us last night that region 3 (I don't know if it's all regions...) is stopping giving out level 8 regional leotards. Does anyone know why they did this and if its true?

well i don't know why the owner would lie. he'll look pretty foolish if everyone shows up in a regional leotard, no?

and they probably did this because of lack of funds. if you go to the region3 regional website, you might find what they did and why in the minutes from the regional meetings. and then something to that effect had to be published in your state newsletter.

Not all regions give leos out for L8. Yes, Region 3 has been giving them out for a long time. Probably as dunno says, lack of money.
