Gymnasts Sole circle help? Cannot get this skill..

Hi, any tips on the sole circle? I cannot seem to get the skill no matter how long I’ve tried to get it.. feet keep peeling off
I’m not sure what else to do besides ‘keep pushing on the toes’ and maybe tuck a little later but I’m not feeling like it will make the greatest difference (I’ve seen so many people tuck at the same time or even earlier and they still make it around)

Bend your knees more, bend them earlier. Try to bring your butt to the bar while still keeping pressure on your feet.

A sole circle -- like any skill that circles the bar -- is all about trying to get your hips as far from the bar as possible on the way down and as close as possible on the way up.
Congrats; having read that previous sentence, you now know about 90% of everything there is to know about bars.
