Surgery went well!

My ACL reconstruction went well yesterday.My pain was well controlled thanks to a nerve block (pain pump type thing) that I had put in,So I cant feel the front of my leg at all(weird sensation I must add).I had a rough morning though and had to have the nerve block turned up all the way as well as the heavy duty pain killers and 4 aleves but I'm feeling tons better now.The only odd thing is that my pointer finger and thumb have been asleep since surgery so we're keeping a close eye on that.Thanks for all the healing fairies by the way

Great news!! Now the weeks of healing in front of you - I can lend you my crutches and when the time comes and I'm out of my walking boot I can lend you that too
