Just wanted a quick check -

When you teach releases.. do you focus on one or two particular releases for gymnasts, or do you prefer to teach as many as you can over a long period of time? Do you expect that your gymnasts have a bag of tricks, so to say, or do one to three extremely well?

No particular reason for this other than curiosity how my philosophy compares to others... I have tended towards the former (a few really well) but I can see the justification in spending time working multiple releases for growth later on...
