Unbelievable equipment malfunction

This is unbelievable. This gymnast hits the spring board on his vault and in launches him into the judges table. Thankfully, he doesn't appear to be hurt. Also unbelivable is that after he crashes on top of the judges table, smashing it to pieces, he gets up and salutes the judges.

I thought there was a clip like that from an insurance commercial that aired a long time ago during the Olympics (maybe 2000). It could be that one but I don't know. That's been making the rounds on the internet for awhile.

However, I have seen a couple scary equipment malfunctions that were real. Bar crash at Stanford meet (I believe) comes to mind - no one was hurt as far as I know, as you can see she stands right up and walks away. Still scary, could have been worse if it happened at another point in the routine: YouTube - Crazy uneven bar crash!
