I know absolutely nothing about this person. I'm not sure that someone whose primary expertise is in sports marketing was the best choice, though I can certainly understand why people high up in USAG thought this was the case.

I think the Board hired exactly what they wanted - someone to makeover their image.

There are two good things about hiring an outsider:

• She is not influenced by "the way things have always been"
• Has no reason to protect anyone and instead will focus on building the new brand of USAG
