I recently retired from gymnastics after finishing up my last season as a high school senior (xcel diamond). I'm looking for workout plans in the gym to continue to work on my strength. Does anyone have any workout plans? I'd like to get into lifting (done a bit before, but nothing >20lbs upper body) but also want to continue gymnastics specific exercises in the gym (pull ups, handstands, pushups, plyos etc.)
