I think I read that she can’t compete lower than gold because she did level 5.

Anyone know if she could do a dive cartwheel roundoff connection like on beam?

Instead of doing a dive cartwheel swing through to roundoff like on beam (which would technically work), I would recommend a dive cartwheel sideways (e.g. without the quarter turn to land facing the direction you came from) continuing straight into the roundoff. That fits much better into a floor-type pass and typical choreography, though it does require the ability to turn out the second landing foot on the cartwheel so that it can be connected. I've seen that competed successfully before so that is one possible pass (and thus at least a 9.5 SV which might be enough to get her foot back in the door/qualify for states).
