Does anybody have any experience training this skill?
I am searching for some drills or progressions !

Any help or suggestion would be greatly appreciated

many thanks

Recently started training it, got some good tips from Slava Boiko at woodward last week.

The main key is the tap. The chest and shoulders open and the heels lead on the way down, it hollows at the bottom then snaps back to an arch with the shoulders and chest pushed down as the heels drive up. Slava told me that the first step is being able to make an easy back uprise handstand with this specific tap motion.

Hope that helps -- I don't have the skill yet myself, and I've never taught it to anybody -- I'm just passing along the advice I've been given.

To clarify: triptwister originally posted a series of youtube links -- and since those could easily be turned up with a simple search, we request a bit more substantive response.

Bwahahaha, I never thought for one minute that anyone would think that Stretch wrote "blah blah blah" in response to your post!!! But it really made me laugh!! Sorry GT!
