Hi, how often do the coaches change the height of a vault?

If you are talking about changing height for different girls in a group:
Our coaches know the vault settings for each girl. They have them vault by vault height so they arent changing it all the time. We have girls that vault on "0" - "5" but not every group uses every height.

If you are talking about moving a girl to a new height:
If there is a significant growth / power spurt that is affecting a vault, they will try the next height up. First they video 2 vaults on the lower setting. Then they give her a few runs to adjust to the new height. Then they video 2 vaults on the higher setting. Between coach and gymnast, they decide whether to move up or stay (part of the decision is how long til the next meet - They WILL NOT switch with a week or less until a meet unless the girl does much better in the higher setting videos).
