Try to keep your body tighter, make sure your legs are together, that will help your form, and the better your body positions are, the less strength the tricks will require. Be careful if you are going to take them to the ground, your wrist and ankles will feel it!
I am just learning the front arial, and though I have almost have it already, I think that better form and technique would take some of the emphasis of of trying to force it. You know what I mean... when you have a trick down to a science, it takes less strength than trying to just force it out...
what is a good way to initiate twisting in a full, i have a barani on floor and a back layout half on tramp, and im working on a layout full (forward) on tramp as well... but my twisting really needs work... help please!
