Good stretches for back problem?

So i recently hurt my back because i over extended it on my backhandspring. I had to take a month off. My coaches told me increase my shoulder muscles to not have a back problem.....Any ideas?
 
lay on ground flat use both hands to pick up weight go up like ur reaching twords sky then doen to the ground then turn over on to stomache and look like your diving and do quick up and down! comfusing right? haha like sure your laying on ground!!!!
 
ya well my back hurts alot on backwalkovers you just bend your knees a little and grab your hands and pull up it really works:):D
 
well i hurt my back a little while ago and i had to take a year off but i learned alot of new good stretches like if you lay on the ground on your back and then bend your knee and turn it to one side. after that put one hand on that knee and turn your body the opposite way that your knee is.
