Help on Bars!!!

Hey, this is my second post. I need help on 2 things on bars, Backhip circle and baby giant ( long hang pullover )
First, my backhip circle i can do 50% of the time:confused:, i cast but dont always wait for my hips to come back to the bar. ( i have been doing backhip circles for over a year now)
My Baby giant, i have been practising for a few months now, and i can't get it. Sometimes my hips hit the bar others my ankles or knees do ( i never get round ):/ I know you need to swing high to do it.
My coach said i have the strength and that to do it but i cant get round.

If it helps i can do a pullover easily ;)
Can someone tell me what to do please ?!?! xxx

I removed the massive emoticon from your post. PLease so not use them, feel free to use the small ones, the others hurt my eyes and that is never good!
 
and see the posts (multiple) on back hips and baby giants.

I do that sometimes, but I tend to go around anyway in a kind of dodgy clear-hip. What helps me is to keep my arms really straight and watch my toes coming up.

Can't help with the long hang pullover. It is something I would like to learn.
