To be simple, squats. Besides that sprinting and jumping. Running will build your muscles but for gymnastics the focus should be primarily on sprinting.

Gymnast do a wide variety of squats. Squats in air, squats from a roll, jump squats. Then doing these on one leg.

As well doing lots of sprints will allow for developing strong muscles in the lower body.

Calisthenics - Conditioning Without Equiptment Look toward the bottom of the article for developing leg power.

Learn how to do a squat in the air. Then add a jump to it. Now add doing it from a roll, either a forward roll or sitting to the floor-rocking back and jumping from the bottom.

Then learn how to do it one leg.

Train sprinting besides looking into plyometrics. It can start off simply with hopping on and off a small block or series of them. Just be careful not to do too much, too soon. Besides at home, the floors are more than likely quite hard being wood or carpet over concrete.
