Work them off the end of a floor beam onto a squishy mat and pike down the last 1/2 of the flip. Do them until you're bored and know you can do them of a medium beam with a pike down on the last 1/4 of the flip. Move up to the high beam when you think you're being silly for still doing them on the medium beam. Go ahead, pamper yourself with the floor and medium beam, but challenge yourself on how quickly you can get ten repetitions done, or how quickly you can step up onto the beam and get into the dismount motion, because when you make something harder to do..... it gets easier.
