Parents Level 8 vault

My daughter can’t flip fast enough to land her level 8 vault. The coach said their is a front handspring that has some sort of twist that also has a 10.0 SV but I can’t find this online. Does anyone have a video they can share of this vault?

That's the vault our Xcel diamonds work towards! Handspring full has a 10.0 SV in diamond and a 9.8 in high school around here. The 1/2 off is a 10.0 start for platinum, so it is a good progression for us to do handsprings in gold, half off in platinum and full off in diamond.

Although we do now have some third year diamonds drilling for yurchenkos.

Handsprings fulls are a great vault... however... they do take quite some time for some athletes to pick up.
