Def among adults only! But kidding aside GQ has a great program. Plus, Alex has never been too concerned with scores anyway. She just loves gymnastics even if she comes in last (which she has)! She is always the one with a smiling face not matter what!! I also love the Amerikids meets but now that Alex is level 5 I don't think she will be at anymore. Our gym does them for levels 2-4 only. Not sure why. They have some of the best run meets and the awards don't last forever. I am personally glad meet season is over. Alex loves all the uptraining so much more than practicing the routines!! Yeah for summer!!

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
