What is Physical norms testing?
In my dd's gym there is a poster about the British Gymnastics Proficiency Badge Awards and on the bottom it says that during badge week the are testing physical norms. What is this and what is its purpose? This is something that is printed on the poster and not added by the gym club.
My dd has just been through badge week and has passed her badge 3 first time round and also completed her cheerleading spirit awards badge 6, Bronze, Silver and Gold all in one session. She is really happy as she got 2 medals with her cheerleading awards.
