PM/Conversation

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to pm/start a conversation. Could someone give me a clue please? I tried going to the person's (who I wanted to send a msg to) profile, but didn't see a "convo starter".

When I click on your name, a box pops up and one of the choices is "start a conversation"

You can also go to "inbox" in the upper right by "alerts". In the drop down there is "start a new conversation".
