For those interested, I just received the temporary version of the Qc provincial program for 2015-2016. It's the french version, but I can help with translation! 
. There are some changes made so it's closer to the JO program used in the rest of the country. For example, bars requirements are harder (P2 have to do a salto dismount and casts following kips have to be horizontal. Last year, that was a 0.2 bonus).
