question about using tapatalk to post on the forum

I am totally frustrated!
I can view posts, and even post a title if trying to reply to a thread on my phone,
but even after downloading tapatalk for my android phone (and paying for it!) I still cannot work out how to post in this reply box area! It just shows a slim white space, that isnt clickable in.

Anyone tell me where I am going wrong?

(obviously posting on a proper computer at the moment! - but often only have my phone)

I am using tapatalk now. When I click the white linenat the bottom, a box opens to type. Maybe reload the app?

i only just installed it!
dont really want to pay again...
are there different versions and i may have downloaded the wrong one?
What one are you using?

Mine doesn't have a white box. I have to either tap the message, which brings up a window with different options such as quote , reply, share. Or I can hit my cell's menu which gives me same options

I don't think that I am using a certain 'version'. There was only 1. I have it on an iphone.
