DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS THAT KEEP YOU CALM AND SUPPORTIVE?

Share them with others here!

Make friends with other parents. Not only is it nice to talk with others who are sharing the same gym experiences as you, but parents can support you in other ways - providing rides, snacks, and emotional support for your gymnast. Of course, this may be difficult in some situations, but I honestly wouldn't know what I would do without my parent network.

I echo many of the sentiments in this article and currently practice them. Gymnastics is supposed to be FUN, and I hope it truly is for you and your gymnasts.

I have made great parent friends as well! I am not a carpool person but I will always give a kid a ride home when they need it....and therefore when I need to call in a favor I know I can easily get a ride home for my kid. Plus riding together with other parents and gymnasts to away meets this year has been super fun.

Anyone else have any tips for other parents?

I haven't personally experienced this yet, but your child will let you know when they're done, so respect that.
